TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SERVICE PARTNERS WITH TWO-WHEELERS

1. The Service Provider acknowledges and agrees that the Vehicle with which they choose to provide Vendor Services shall: a. Operate in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and notifications issued by the appropriate Authority. b. Be properly registered, insured, and licensed to operate as a passenger transportation or shared mobility Vehicle. c. Require the driver to wear a helmet at all times. d. Keep the Vehicle engine on while providing Vendor Services, except at the origin and/or destination points. e. Maintain a proper speed limit as prescribed by the Government Authority. f. Be suitable for performing the Vendor Services. g. Be maintained in good operating condition and cleanliness, meeting industry safety and maintenance standards.

2. The Service Provider assumes responsibility for any loss or damages arising from the Vehicle during the term of the Agreement, including claims, charges, expenses, and legal actions. The Service Provider shall indemnify BUS PORTER against such claims and provide necessary documents regarding Vehicle ownership.

3. Service Providers make themselves available for Vendor Services when requested by BUS PORTER. They may use their personal Vehicle or acquire one from a third party. BUS PORTER does not provide Vehicles and is not liable for any associated expenses.

4. Service Providers are responsible for maintaining their Vehicles in good condition to avoid delays in service delivery.

5. All expenses related to maintaining, running, and riding the Vehicle are the sole responsibility of the Service Provider.

6. Service Providers must possess valid driving licenses and vehicle registration documents, which should be up to date and provided to BUS PORTER before commencing Vendor Services.

7. Service Providers must maintain adequate insurance coverage for their Vehicles throughout the term of the agreement, with premium payments made solely by the Service Provider.

8. Service Providers must conduct themselves honestly and in compliance with BUS PORTER's policies and instructions, with adherence to all applicable laws.

9. Service Providers shall not engage in any fraudulent activities while providing Vendor Services. BUS PORTER reserves the right to take action against such behavior, including termination of the agreement and withholding payments.

10. Service Providers shall not tamper with or damage consignments entrusted to them. Any loss incurred due to such actions may be recovered from payments due to the Service Provider.

11. Service Providers must uphold the reputation and goodwill of BUS PORTER and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

12. Service Providers shall not engage in illegal activities while logged in to BUS PORTER's platform.

13. Confidential information obtained during service provision must be kept confidential and used only for permitted purposes.

14. Service Providers are not entitled to reimbursement of hospitalization expenses incurred during service provision.

15. Service Providers must avoid various prohibited actions listed, including breach of terms, misuse of BUS PORTER, criminal offenses, negligence, and unauthorized disclosure of confidential information. Violations may result in termination of the agreement.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SERVICE PARTNERS WITH THREE AND FOUR-WHEELERS

1. The Service Provider acknowledges and agrees that the Vehicle used for Vendor Services must:

a. Operate in compliance with all relevant laws, circulars, and notifications from the appropriate Authority.

b. Be duly registered, insured, and licensed for passenger transportation or shared mobility services.

c. Ensure the driver wears a seat belt during operation.

d. Maintain valid pollution certifications.

e. Adhere to prescribed speed limits by Government Authorities.

f. Verify and maintain consignment integrity before departure, ensuring proper sealing and documentation. Any incidents must be reported promptly to authorities and BUS PORTER.

g. Be suitable for Vendor Services.

h. Be equipped with necessary tools like ropes and hooks for efficient service delivery. i. The Service Provider assumes responsibility for any issues arising from the Vehicle and must indemnify BUS PORTER accordingly. Necessary documents regarding Vehicle ownership must be provided.

2. The Service Provider may use personal or third-party vehicles for Vendor Services. BUS PORTER does not provide vehicles and is not liable for associated expenses.

3. The Service Provider must ensure the Vehicle's proper maintenance to avoid service delays.

4. All expenses related to Vehicle maintenance, operation, and upkeep are the sole responsibility of the Service Provider.

5. Valid driving license and registration documents must be provided to BUS PORTER before commencing services.

6. Adequate insurance coverage for the Vehicle must be maintained throughout the agreement term, with premiums paid by the Service Provider.

7. Service Providers must conduct themselves with honesty, discipline, and adherence to BUS PORTER's policies and applicable laws.

8. Fraudulent activities by Service Providers will result in termination of the agreement and possible withholding of payments.

9. Service Providers must not tamper with consignments entrusted to them. Any loss incurred due to such actions may be recovered from payments due.

10. Service Providers must uphold BUS PORTER's reputation and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

11. Illegal activities while logged in to BUS PORTER's platform are strictly prohibited.

12. Confidential information obtained during service provision must be kept confidential and used only for permitted purposes.

13. Service Providers are not entitled to reimbursement of hospitalization expenses.

14. BUS PORTER will make best efforts to reimburse legal expenses incurred by Service Providers, subject to internal investigation and verification.

15. Service Providers must refrain from various prohibited actions listed, including breaches of terms, misconduct, criminal offenses, negligence, and unauthorized disclosure of information. Violations may result in termination of the agreement.
