These Terms of the Site and Applications provided by Borzo India define the conditions under which Borzo India grants the Clients and Couriers a license to use the Site and Applications to enable the Clients to entrust the Couriers with Delivery Requests and pay them, all within a determined contractual framework under the conditions set out in these Terms.
