• • "Bus Porter Services" encompass on-demand lead generation and related services facilitating the Client to seek and receive on-demand requests for Courier Services from the Courier. This includes access to the Bus Porter App/Site, software, payment services, and related support systems.
• • "Client" denotes an end Client, whether an adult individual or a corporate entity represented by a duly authorized individual, authorized by Bus Porter to use Bus Porter Services for obtaining Courier Services.
• • "Content" encompasses various forms of information or data including text, images, documents, audio, video, and more.
• • "Courier" refers to the independent person registered in the Courier App, seeking to render Courier Services.
• • "Courier App" denotes the mobile application provided by Bus Porter enabling Couriers to access Bus Porter Services for seeking, receiving, and fulfilling on-demand requests for Courier Services by the Client.
• • "Courier Services" pertains to the provision of courier delivery services to the Client via Bus Porter Services in the Territory.
• • "Device" refers to the Client's or the Courier's device through which Bus Porter Services are accessed, meeting specified requirements and with authorized installation of the App.
• • "Personal Information" is defined as per Sub-Clause 2.1 of this Privacy Policy.
• • "Site" refers to www.busporter.com/in, providing access to Bus Porter Services.
• • "Territory" signifies India, where the Client can request delivery of goods.
• • "Third Party Privacy Policies" are comprised of this Privacy Policy along with the privacy policies of Third Party Service Providers (TSPs).
• • "TSPs" are third-party service providers, as applicable, whose services are used alongside Bus Porter Services.
• • "User Content" includes any content saved, submitted, posted, displayed, uploaded, shared, or transmitted through Bus Porter Services by the User.
• • "User" refers to any person accepting this Privacy Policy and Bus Porter's Terms.
